This August, you'll see a new look when you log into One Click Contractor.
The platform has been updated with a modern interface that's faster, easier to navigate, and built to work better across desktop and mobile devices.
While you'll notice changes throughout the platform, the core workflows you rely on every day remain the same. You'll still build jobs, create estimates, manage appointments, collect photos, and present proposals just as you do today.
The goal of this update is simple: help you move through your day with fewer clicks, less waiting, and a cleaner experience from appointment to contract. Along the way, we've also introduced several improvements based directly on customer feedback.
Every update started with the same question:
How can we make everyday tasks easier without changing the way contractors already work?
Rather than reinventing the platform, we focused on improving the experience around the workflows you already know. That meant reducing clutter, making information easier to find, improving performance, and making One Click Contractor more accessible wherever you're working.
Many of these updates came directly from conversations with customers. The new interface reflects the feedback we've heard from contractors using One Click Contractor every day.
The result is a platform that feels more intuitive while continuing to deliver the estimating, presentation, and sales tools your team depends on.
Every improvement in this release was made with contractors in mind. The updates below focus on the work your team does every day and the small moments where saving time can make a big difference.
As One Click Contractor has grown, so has the number of tools available across the platform. Over time, the top navigation got cluttered, making it take longer to get where you needed to go.
The new left-side hamburger menu brings those same tools into a cleaner, more organized navigation that's easier to scan, so you can move through the platform faster.
Before, the job list used infinite scrolling. Looking for a job from three weeks ago meant scrolling, and scrolling, then losing your spot the moment you clicked back.
Now, the job list uses pagination instead. You can set how many jobs show per page, jump straight to the page you need, and get back to exactly where you left off, without starting your scroll over from the top.
Creating a new job previously began with a blank form. The new guided wizard walks through the setup process one step at a time, helping organize information as each section is completed.
Job information has also been reorganized. Previously, finding one detail often meant infinite scrolling through an entire page. Now you are able to change the number of rows per page and are able to go back and forth for an easier and more efficient view of your jobs. Additionally, the job information tab itself has been built into an accordion style where you can collapse and expand individual sections– making the information you’re looking for available in a more intuitive way.
This is one of the most requested improvements we've heard from customers.
Until now, appointments were displayed as a list. That worked, but it wasn't always the easiest way to understand your schedule at a glance.
You can now switch to a calendar view and see appointments by day, week, or month while using the same scheduling tools you're already familiar with.
Before, moving from reviewing photos to adding one to a proposal or agreement meant leaving the screen, finding the image again, and attaching it before returning to the conversation.
Photo uploads are now significantly faster, so you're spending less time waiting between steps. This release also introduces a new photo slideshow where you can review images and add them directly to proposals and agreements without leaving the screen.
Measurements are one of the first steps in building an accurate estimate, so consistency matters.
The measurements workflow has been reorganized into a more consistent layout. Manual entry and imported measurements now follow the same process, making it easier to work through the screen regardless of how measurements are added.
Windowinator has also received an updated layout that makes reviewing and labeling windows easier.
The estimator is one of the most important parts of your sales process, so we focused on making it easier to build estimates and present them to homeowners.
One of the biggest improvements came directly from customer feedback. Contractors told us that long line-item descriptions made estimates feel harder to move through, and reviewing them with a homeowner meant scrolling more than it should. Now, descriptions are collapsed by default, so estimates stay clean while every detail is still one click away.
We've also refined the estimate import experience. Imports from integrations like ProVia, Entry Link, and others now follow a cleaner, more consistent workflow while preserving the functionality you already rely on.
Previously, the History tab displayed every update on one continuous page. Finding a specific email, status change, or analytics record often meant scrolling through the entire history before getting to the information you needed.
The History tab now organizes records into dedicated tabs for Email History, Analytics Report, Analytics History, and Status History. Instead of searching through one long page, you can jump directly to the type of information you're looking for.
Your work doesn't stop when you're away from your laptop. Whether you're in the field or between appointments, you sometimes need quick access to job information. Until now, using One Click Contractor on a phone wasn't designed for that experience.
The platform has been rebuilt to provide a much better mobile experience, giving you access to job information directly from your phone. Landscape mode provides the best experience, making it easier to keep work moving when you're away from your computer.
We know changing the tools you rely on every day can feel disruptive.
Keep this in mind: Your data is intact. Your integrations are intact. The workflows you already know are still here. What's changing is the experience around them. You'll move through the platform with fewer clicks, less waiting, and an interface shaped by feedback from contractors using One Click Contractor every day.
